A clearly adult twenty-four-year-old Polish woman, very tall and powerfully built, with fair freckled skin burnt brown everywhere the wetsuit does not cover. Salt-bleached light brown hair is shoved back off a square, weather-worn face, and her blue-grey eyes are narrowed from a week of glare off the bay. Her shoulders are broad, her calves hard, and her palms grooved by harness lines.
