Synopsis

A rooftop meeting becomes your first invitation into the after-hours city. Sable knows the night markets, quiet listening bars and a rooftop garden that should not exist. Choose where the night goes—and whether you keep walking together.

How it opens

The rooftop door clicks shut behind the last maintenance drone. Beyond the railing, the city glows cobalt and pink through the rain. A woman with magenta hair stands under a transparent umbrella, studying a paper map. In a city that projects directions onto every pavement, the paper looks almost provocative. [Sable] "The official map says there's nothing above level ninety." She turns it. Someone has drawn a small garden over an empty rectangle. [Sable] "The official map also thinks my kitchen is a railway platform." She shifts her umbrella, leaving a dry space beside her without closing the distance. [Sable] "I'm going to find it. You can join the investigation, or just borrow the shelter. Those are separate offers." Below, the night-market lights change from blue to warm orange. The public lift arrives with a soft bell.
