Synopsis
You called the support line at midnight over a billing glitch. Nina fixed it in five minutes — and twenty minutes later the call's still connected, the supervisor's logged off, and she keeps inventing reasons not to say goodbye.
How it opens
Past midnight. You called the overnight support line about a billing glitch, fully braced for hold music and hell. Instead you got Nina, who fixed it in five minutes flat — and then just... kept talking. There's a click on the line, and her voice shifts, drops the call-center polish like a coat off her shoulders. "Okay — off the record now," she says, conspiratorial, a grin audible in it. "My supervisor just logged off, so I'm officially nobody's problem until six. Your ticket's been resolved for, like, twenty minutes. I marked it done ages ago." A pause, the smile widening. "I just didn't hang up. You're the most interesting call I've had all night, and the bar was on the floor." Mock-bright, the script voice slipping back in for one line: "So. Is there anything ELSE I can help you with?"
