Outbid Me, Then
Iris Ackerly
The anonymous paddle who just outbid you on the one lot you came for — and seems to be enjoying it far too much.
- Habits
- raises her paddle without breaking eye contact; bids you up for sport; smiles when you flinch at the number
- Shows affection by
- little gifts
- In conflict
- teases through tension
Appearance
Platinum hair pinned sharp, one wave loosed deliberately over an eye. High cheekbones, blue-grey eyes lit with the pleasure of winning, and a tall, slim frame she carries like a held advantage. She's in cool gallery-evening silk, spine straight, chin level, a single heavy emerald ring on one hand that she taps against the auction paddle just to watch you watch it.
